NIKULA LEGAL OY
Nikula Legal fee based on assignment is based on time spent or as agreed with the lawyer and eased on an estimation given in advance.
Time based fee starts from 300 euroa/hours (VAT 0 %), 376 euro (VAT 25,5 % included).
In connection with international tax matters, the fee is 400 euro (VAT 0 %), 502 euro (VAT 25,5 % included).
Value added tax is not charged on advice given and draft documents sent to a Company Client registered in another European Union country or a country outside of European Union.
VAT is not charged on services like advice and draft documents when the Client is an individual residing outside of European Union.
If the potential Client requires so, the fee for drafting a document (eg. deed of sale, deed of gift, tax advice, will, international will, estate inventory deed, deed of division) can be estimated. The estimation is just a sum likely to happen. The fee may rise because of unexpected additional work or if the parties can not agree in an amical way etc.
In addition of the fee, costs and expenses incurred (eg. registration fee, notarial fee, travelling costs) will be charged.
Nikula Legal prefers communication by email and an encrypted email system can be used. Written communication is to ensure the quality of service.
In principle, no advice on phone is given because the Client cannot be identified and because there is always a risk of misunderstanding. When an individual or a representative of a company have already created a client relationship with Nikula Legal, and the Client can be identified by his/her phone number or email enquiry, advice on phone can be given.
A preliminary discussion can take place by phone and the lawyer may be able to estimate the fee and costs if she has adequate information about the case and its nature.
Nikula Legal focuses mainly on tax matters, wealth and successions in Finland and internationally. Advice on other matters can be given also (eg. housing company issues and risks for health).
EXAMPLES OF SERVICES AND FEES
The price list includes examples of the most used services.
The cases and mandates can differ greatly and that affects the pricing.
If the assignment is given and handled by email communication, and if the advice and/or document is delivered by encrypted email, it's faster and cheaper.
Nikula Legal offers you encrypted email connections and e-signing in certain countries.
You can e-authorize Ms. Anne Nikula, M.LL (with Judge's qualifications in Finland - varatuomari) to represent you in certain matters, eg. in MyTax service in Finland.
