I respect your trust and keep your personal data and details fo your case confidential. In marketing, I may refer to your case in a very general way without your personal information.
Terms and Conditions
I follow the ethical rules of lawyers and your instructions. I keep your best interests in my mind. The Terms and Conditions create the Rules to us both - and we play in accordance with these Rules.
The law requires that I must know you. For this reason, I ask you some questions (Client Information).
When you decide to collaborate with me, I'll send the Assingment Agreement - to be read and accepted by you.

Distance Selling of Service
The law regulates strictly the distance selling of services and the agreement of it to a consumer-client. I you want a rapid service we must expressly agree on it.
Pricing
I don't compete with time but quality.
I prefer a fixed fee for certain services.
In complex cases, it's difficult to estimate a lump sum. I can give you an estimation of a likely-to-happen sum ... that may change during the mandate.
Quality of Service and Client Satisfaction
I practise under the suprevision of the Chancellor of Justice and the Board of Trial Counsel (Ministry of Justice, Finland). I shall obey the law and the ethical rules of the legal profession.
If you are not content with my service, you can submit a complaint to the Disciplinary Board working alongside with the Finnish Bar Association.
